Jim has been involved in the construction industry for more than thirty years. From building material sales, through years of hands on construction to business ownership, Jim has amassed a wide range of experience and knowledge. His attention to detail, problem solving ability and keen eye for design and aesthetics, combined with his personal relate­ability and willingness to serve, have yielded a virtually perfect record of customer satisfaction. Jim manages his business on the basis of honesty, integrity and the pursuit of excellence.

Since the inception of Appalachian Contracting Services, Nancy has handled the bookkeeping and managed the office for the business. She is highly competent in dealing with business persons and accountants alike. Since 1988 through feast and famine, Nancy has worked side by side with Jim on an almost daily basis and has been instrumental in creating the successful business they have today.
